XtraAged Balsamic is a special product that comes from Acetaia Castelli. Xtra is made from the Lambrusco grape and aged for 20 years in 7 different specially selected wooden barrels. The taste is sweet and balanced and it pairs beautifully with aged cheese, meats, fruits and ice cream.
