Thick with a marked tendency for the sweet, scented brillant balsamic.  Like the BEST balsamic produced.  It is produced with last grapes harvested, Lambrusco Ancellotta Grapes.  No thickers.  Acidity 4% - Density 1.35 - Aged 14+ years - Perfect with every dish.  8.5oz
